Each piece of jewellery bought from my website is specially handmade when you order. Please refer to the product page for dispatch times, as this can vary depending on which piece you have ordered.
A tracking number will be supplied via email once your order has been dispatched. Parcels will need to be signed for in person, so please state a delivery address where someone will be present to receive it. In the event that nobody is available to receive your item, a card will be left providing you with the option to have the item delivered at a later date or to collect your parcel from your local collection Post Office depot.

Free UK Delivery
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Signed for or Special Delivery and will require a signature on delivery. Please refer to the product page for dispatch times, as this can vary depending on which piece you have ordered.
For orders above £100 this service is free.
For orders below £100 this service costs £12.
All international orders are sent via Royal Mail International Signed For. For European delivery this service takes 3 - 5 working days from dispatch and 5 - 7 working days from dispatch for other destinations.
Please be aware that be aware that tax and duty may be fees may apply at the point of delivery and are payable by the customer. Please refer to the product page for dispatch times, as this can vary depending on which piece you have ordered.
International delivery is the responsibility of the postal service in the destination country and I cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the local country postal service or customs checks. Any customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. A tracking number will be supplied via email when your order has been dispatched.
How Your Order Will Arrive
Your order will be dispatched in an unbranded external box. The jewellery is packaged in a black branded jewellery box, which is protected by recycled, shredded tissue paper.

I hope that you will be absolutely delighted with your jewellery, however if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase I am happy to refund a sale made through this website if it is returned unworn, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging within 14 working days of your receipt of the order. If you do wish to return an item, please contact me for further details via: firstname.lastname@example.org
Purchases exempt from both the refund and exchange policies, unless they are structurally faulty, are:

Earrings, due to hygiene reasons.
When ordering rings online it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have ordered the correct size. I will happily re-size a ring ONCE free of charge, but any further re-sizing will incur a charge of £25 per ring.
I recommend that items in the UK be returned using Royal Mail Special Delivery service as this is the only service that will insure a parcel of jewellery.
I cannot be held responsible for any item lost in transit during a return. Postage costs unfortunately cannot be refunded.
