Each piece of jewellery bought from my website is specially handmade when you order. Dispatch times vary from 5 - 20 working days depending on the piece you have ordered. Please refer to the items product page for more information.

A tracking number will be supplied via email once your order has been dispatched. Parcels will need to be signed for in person, so please state a delivery address where someone will be present to receive it.
In the event that nobody is available to receive your item, a card will be left providing you with the option to have the item delivered at a later date or to collect your parcel from your local collection Post Office depot.
How Your Order Will Arrive
Your order will be dispatched in an unbranded external box. The jewellery is packaged in a black branded jewellery box, which is protected by recycled, shredded tissue paper. I try not to use any unnecessary packaging material.
If your order is a gift and you would like me to include a message on your behalf, please write your note for me to include at the checkout stage.
Free UK Delivery
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Signed for or Special Delivery and will require a signature on delivery. Once you receive your email letting you know your order has been dispatched it will usually arrive within 1 - 2 days.
Please refer to the product page for dispatch times, as this can vary depending on which piece you have ordered.
For orders above £120 this service is free.
For orders below £120 this service costs £12.
All international orders are sent via Royal Mail International Signed For. For European delivery this service takes 3 - 5 working days from dispatch and 5 - 7 working days from dispatch for other destinations. Please refer to the product page for dispatch times, as this can vary depending on which piece you have ordered.
Please be aware that be aware that tax and duty may be fees may apply at the point of delivery and are payable by the customer.
International delivery is the responsibility of the postal service in the destination country and I cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the local country postal service or customs checks. Any customs or handling charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. A tracking number will be supplied via email when your order has been dispatched.
Each ring is made by hand to fit your size when you place your order. When ordering rings online it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have ordered the correct size.
Some rings cannot be resized without causing damage, for example, stone set rings or heavily detailed designs. Please check the item product page for details on re-sizing, before placing your order.
If your ring can be re-sized, I will happily do this ONCE free of charge. Additional re-sizing will incur a charge of £25 per ring. Please be aware that re-sizing can take up to two weeks, from when I receive the ring.

I hope that you will be absolutely delighted with your jewellery. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase I am happy to refund a sale made through this website if it is returned unworn, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging within 14 working days of your receipt of the order. The refund will be in the form of store credit.

In the rare event that your order is delivered damaged or faulty, please contact me via: firstname.lastname@example.org so that I can arrange a replacement or refund.
If you change your mind and wish to return a ring that has been made to fit your size, I can refund you the cost of the ring -25% of the price. This is to help cover the cost of the work and materials used, as the ring can not easily be re-sold.
The ring must be returned unworn, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging within 14 working days of your receipt of the order. The refund will be in the form of store credit.
I recommend that items in the UK be returned using the Royal Mail Special Delivery service. I cannot be held responsible for any item lost in transit during a return. Postage costs unfortunately cannot be refunded.
